Our Craftsmanship

Traditional works:

Saida city was known in the past for economic activity represented in the family industry based on the raw materials available in the region, where the woolen and clay products industry spread, in addition to the leather industry and the products of the allies and the “dom”.

And the first colonial laboratories and activities in that period began to spread since 1941, as the focus was on the exploitation of soil, agricultural lands and raw materials.

Kinds of handicraft industries in saida also maintain their presence, such as the knitting industry, the sewing of the djellaba and the Bernous, and its embroidery in the face that was known to our ancestors, and the manufacture of saddlery by virtue of the position that equestrian and Persians enjoy in the state.
